Flux Gap Filling Tool MDS & ML gap-filling for micrometeorological data
1 Upload & Configure
Upload your Excel file and select gap-filling parameters.
Up to ~3 years per run
Sheet1: date, time, fluxes (ET, H, LE).
Sheet2: date, hour, environmental (sr, vpd, at, rh, ws, rain).
Tip: Use "Compare Models" on up to ~1 year of half-hourly data for best responsiveness. For longer multi-year records, MDS or RF alone is recommended.
For ET, VPD, AT, RH, WS (in their native units). Tool will expand these for wider windows.
Sample Format
5 Visualize Results
Explore gap-filled time series, fingerprints, and RF feature importance.

Run the tool at least once to enable visualization options. Plots will open in new tabs.

6 Download Processed Data
Export the gap-filled dataset as CSV for further analysis.
