Step 1: Upload & Process Data

Upload an XLSX file (with "Sheet1" & "Sheet2") containing datetime, fluxes (ET, H, LE), and environmental variables (sr, vpd, at, rh, ws).

Expected Format:

  • XLSX Option: "Sheet1" with 'date', 'time', and flux variables (ET, H, LE). "Sheet2" with 'date', 'hour', and environmental variables.

Used only if MDS is selected (Compare Models also uses MDS internally).

Step 4: Visualize Results

Select a variable to view its individual plots. Each plot will open in a new window.

Step 5: Download Processed Data

Once satisfied with the results, download the processed, gap-filled dataset.
